Woods Trade Supplies offers a local delivery service exclusively to addresses on the Isle of Wight. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.

Delivery Area

We deliver to the Isle of Wight only. We are unable to fulfil delivery orders to mainland UK or any other location outside of the Isle of Wight through this service.

Kerbside Delivery

All deliveries are made to the kerbside only. This means our driver will deliver your goods to the edge of the road or driveway at your delivery address. We are unable to carry items inside your property, up stairs, or beyond the kerbside point.

Please ensure that you have sufficient help available on the day of delivery to move items from the kerbside into your property. This is particularly important for larger or heavier items such as baths, radiators, and shower enclosures.

Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure someone is present at the delivery address to receive the goods
  • Arrange adequate assistance to move items from the kerbside
  • Ensure clear and safe access to the kerbside delivery point
  • Inspect all items upon delivery and note any visible damage before signing

Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your delivery carefully at the point of receipt. Any visible damage or shortages must be noted on the delivery documentation at the time of delivery. Claims for damage noted after the driver has left may not be accepted.

Delivery Timescales

We will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date once your order is confirmed. Delivery timescales may vary depending on product availability and scheduling. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred date.
